We use brand name, high quality materials, delivered and stored to protect them from the elements.

All homes are constructed in our production facility. This protects them from any environmental factors that may slow traditional construction techniques.

Station ONE modular process -

1. Use of one piece, full length I-Joists, which eliminates splicing over the basement center beam or wall.

2. "Squash" blocking (extra framing) between the end rim joist and the first joist every 3’-0" to 4’-0" along both ends of the house.

3. Electrical wiring for basement items like lighting, furnace, water heater, etc. is installed before the sub-floor is installed.

4. Sub-floor sheathing is ¾" tongue and groove.

Vantage Pointe Homes has a documented Quality Control System in place approved by the State of Nebraska. This system is designed to insure that each step of the modular process complies with our strict quality standards.

All Vantage Pointe Homes meet or exceed all state and local building codes. State certified factory inspections are constant and consistent throughout the construction process. Vantage Pointe Homes follow 2000 IRC, 2002 NEC, 2003 IECC, and all applicable local codes.

Off-site home construction can withstand the stress of transportation and generally contain about 30% more lumber than traditionally built homes.

Our homes are eco-friendly by minimizing waste and avoiding environmental exposure and time delays.

All Vantage Pointe Homes come with a one-year written warrantee that includes a manual identifying all the aspects of your new home. Most name brand building products carry various extended warranties past the one-year Vantage Pointe Homes warranty.

This process includes you in the design of your new home and then our team of experts will lead the Home modular process becoming your general contractor until your new home is complete and move-in ready.
  • Vantage Pointe Homes is one of the few off-site builders able to prepare and complete the site work needed for your new home.
  • This offer is only available for those customers within a 60-mile radius of Vantage Pointe Homes.

Vantage Pointe Homes modular construction started in 1995. Because more and more of our customers wanted homes built long distances from our office, Dan Kubr came up with the idea to implement this type of modular process. Costs were too prohibitive to send workers or subcontractors too far out. Then the idea to build homes in a factory and ship them to the jobsite was born.

Station TWO modular process -

  1. One piece engineered and stamped trusses that eliminates any need for interior load bearing walls.
  2. Every truss is held down to the exterior walls with metal anchor straps.
  3. Attic ventilation chutes installed between rafters for the proper amount of attic ventilation.
  4. Vapor barrier over the insulation on all exterior walls.

Station THREE modular process -

This stage makes this house over halfway complete, and starts to give the customers a good sense of actual room space and functionality.

All of the ceilings are stomp textured while the walls are mudded, taped and then painted with eggshell paint. All of the seams, corners and all screw holes are filled with drywall mud and then sanded to an unnoticeable finish when painted.

Drywall is cut to fit perfectly around all return air holes, electrical boxes & plumbing lines. The plastic over the windows will be removed after all the walls are painted to protect them from overspray.

Station FOUR modular process -

Once the drywall is painted, we start the finish stage. This stage involves installing all the finish trim work including cabinets, countertops, base boards, doors, window jambs, vinyl flooring, appliances, any marble or ceramic tile, light fixtures, outlet/switch plates, thermostat, doorbell chime, smoke detectors, fireplace assembly, return air grills, and much more. The customer chooses the colors for most of these items.
